Itinerary

  1. Your day begins at the park entrance, or with optional pickup at selected locations. After you purchase Manuel Antonio National Park entrance tickets (at your own expense), you’ll continue into the nature reserve with a naturalist guide. Exploring this wildlife hotspot with a naturalist makes the most of every minute, as their trained eyes quickly spot animals such as monkeys, sloths, toucans, and more. And, this tour’s small-group format means more personalized attention from the guide. You can also use the group’s spotting scope to observe wildlife and take photos. A flexible itinerary, meanwhile, is tailored to guest preferences, whether you’re all about the jungle or interested in a beach walk. In between stops enjoy provided snacks, as well as the climate-controlled comfort of a tour vehicle for pickup and drop off. While this walking nature tour concludes at the park entrance, you’ll also have the option to stay inside the park. The tour guides have a Jade Tours uniform

  • 5KEVIN!!

Kevin was an amazing tour guide!! He was so knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He made the entire experience so much fun and pointed out so many animals we definitely would have missed on our own. You can tell he really loves what he does and wanted him us to have the best experience possible. If you’re visiting Manuel Antonio National Park, I highly recommend booking a tour with jade tours/Kevin . He made the whole experience unforgettable!!

  • 5¡Kevin es el superhéroe de la naturaleza!

My girlfriend and I had an incredible experience. Our tour guide Kevin was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and willing to answer any questions that we had to offer. Rather than speeding through the tour to hop to the next, he made sure we had adequate time to experience the animals, insects, and foliage. Kevin was a top tier operator and a true tradesman at his craft. He is extremely passionate about what he does and that is rare to find in any job these days. Super glad we had him and I would recommend him at the highest statue to anyone who decides to visit the park. Thank you for everything, Kevin!

  • 5The best time!

It was such an amazing time! Our guide “Piki” or his real name, Jaroth, was so kind and patient. He knew so much about the area and the wildlife and was so patient with the amount of people at the park. He made sure to take time to look at all the animals, like sloths, snakes, frogs, crabs, and more. He also took some amazing pictures that we were able to have at the end of the tour!!

About Quepos

Quepos is a small Pacific port in Costa Rica beside Manuel Antonio National Park, with rainforest, white beaches and sport-fishing boats.

Quepos sits on the Central Pacific coast of Costa Rica, a fishing town and former banana port now surrounded by oil palm plantations and forested hills. Its marina brings in boats chasing sailfish and marlin, and a small main street has shops, simple restaurants and a stretch of seafront. The town is the base for the nearby national park, a few kilometres away along a hilly road.
