Highlights

Your experience begins with a guided visit through a remarkable villa overlooking Lake Como, originally built in the 1930s and now home to a contemporary art collection. Unlike a traditional museum, the villa remains a living space where art, architecture and daily life coexist, creating a unique and immersive atmosphere. As you move through the different rooms, your guide will introduce the artworks, artists and stories behind the collection, offering insights into the vision that transformed the residence into a destination for contemporary art lovers. Following the tour, you'll relax at Cova Casabianca, the villa's café, where you can enjoy a carefully curated afternoon snack or aperitivo inspired by the renowned Milanese tradition of Cova while taking in the peaceful surroundings of Lake Como.

About Lake Como

Lake Como is a deep, Y-shaped lake in Lombardy, ringed by steep green mountains, pastel villages, ornate villas and terraced gardens.

Lake Como is shaped like an upside-down Y, with three arms that meet near Bellagio. At more than 400 metres deep, it is one of the deepest lakes in Europe, held between steep wooded slopes that rise towards the Alps. Villages with painted houses and small harbours stand along the water, and a network of ferries links them, making a boat the best way to see the shoreline.

Top-ranked sights in Lake Como: Villa del Balbianello, Villa Melzi Gardens (Giardini di Villa Melzi), Como-Brunate Funicular Railway (Funicolare Como-Brunate).
