Highlights
Mt. Seoraksan is a beautiful stretch of highland covering 398.5 square kilometers of impressive peaks, numerous waterfalls, big temples and stunning views. Situated in Gangwon-do province by the harbor city of Sokcho, the range has as its summit the peak of Daecheongbong, which at 1,708 meters is the third highest in the country and places it above the clouds. Dinosaur Ridge gets its name for its likeness to a dinosaur’s spiked back. It provided for a majestic scene but also a difficult up and down repetition throughout the trail. It usually takes about 10 hours to climb it along dinosaur hiking trail.

About Seoul
Royal palaces and hanok villages sit among glass towers, buzzing markets and late-night food streets in Seoul, South Korea's capital.
Five grand palaces from the Joseon dynasty grace the city, led by Gyeongbokgung, with its colourful changing of the guard, and Changdeokgung, whose Secret Garden is a serene escape. Between them, Bukchon Hanok Village preserves traditional tiled-roof houses on sloping lanes, and Insadong is known for tea houses, galleries and crafts.
Top-ranked sights in Seoul: Third Tunnel of Aggression, DMZ, Gyeongbokgung Palace.
