On the way back, stop in an old sheepfold to enjoy a delicious lunch of local products. The experience is about 6 km and takes place in the area of Suttaterra, in the Supramonte dorgalese, between secular oaks and breathtaking views. The route is mostly in the shade so it is pleasant in all seasons.

Set in the rugged and untamed landscape of the Supramonte of Dorgali, the Punta Su Nuraghe hike offers an extraordinary adventure into one of Sardinia’s most pristine corners. Starting from the SS125 road, the trail begins with a 150-meter ascent, leading into a karst environment brimming with caves, sinkholes, and verdant dolines hidden within lush forests. Highlights include S’Arcu Suttaterra, a stunning rock arch framing the breathtaking Oddoene Valley, and the wild Gorropu Gorge, Europe's deepest canyon.
