5The absolute highlight of my trip! Amazing food making class and sunset.
This pasta and cannoli masterclass with Chef Carlo was absolutely phenomenal! From the very beginning, including the thoughtful offer of a transfer to his stunning villa, everything was organized at the highest possible level. Carlo, his wife, his assistants, and his whole family are incredibly generous, welcoming, and hospitable. The class itself was so well-thought-out. Carlo didn't just show us what to do; he actually taught us all the little secrets and details so we can easily recreate these dishes at home. The food was exceptionally delicious! He even surprised us with lovely gifts and sent all the recipes afterward. One of my brightest memories is going into his beautiful garden to harvest fresh vegetables—we picked a zucchini that was almost a meter long! It was hilarious and so much fun, something I will remember for a very long time. We ended the evening with a spectacular dinner, enjoying a breathtaking sunset with views of the sea, the beach, and Palermo in the distance. I was also very lucky to share this with a wonderful group of people. I am so happy I found this specific masterclass. I already want to return and bring my friends to experience this magic. Highly, highly recommend!
5A wonderful experience
This was our first cooking class and it was everything we hoped for and more. Carlo is a first rate chef and the pasta, pesto and canoli were exceptional. The canoli was the best we've ever had. Carlo and his assistants, Maria and Francesca were very helpful in taking us through each step of the process. The view was spectacular, and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the farm to see the variety of fruits and vegetables grown there and used in his dishes. We highly recommend Cooking Class in a Villa with Palermo View.
5Unforgettable
It was a beautiful experience for my family and I. The views were amazing, the experience was unforgettable and I would recommend this to anyone! My nephew's of the age 2 and 4 absolutely loved it and they loved picking their fresh products from the beautiful garden.
5Delicious Food in cooking class
We made delicious Pasta and Cannolis from scratch with help from Chef Carlo. Great recipe xperience in a Villa outside of Palermo. Used fresh ingredients from Chef Carlo’s garden.

5Would definitely recommend!
Had a great cooking class experience with Carlo. He showed my girlfriend and I how to make pasta and cannolis from scratch. He also took us through his garden and we picked fresh vegetables for a caprese salad. Would highly recommend and go back if I got the chance.

About Palermo
Palermo, capital of Sicily, is a port city of Arab-Norman palaces, gilded mosaics, baroque crossroads and street food.
Palermo was founded by the Phoenicians and later ruled by Arabs, Normans and Spaniards, and the layers show in its buildings. The Norman Palace holds the Palatine Chapel, glittering with gold mosaics, and the cathedral mixes Norman, Gothic and Baroque styles. The Arab-Norman monuments, with the cathedrals of Monreale and Cefalù, are listed by UNESCO.
