1. Take full advantage of your time in Cinque Terre, enjoying a “stress-free” day-trip with our assistant leading a very small group. You’ll be a friend of us, not a number, and you’ll never walk alone during the day. Your tour leader will pick you up right in front of your Montecatini hotel, to start your comfortable journey towards the Tuscan coast During the trip, your assistant will entertain you with a lot of fascinating information about the famous views and villages on the way, as well as the Cinque Terre and what to expect once you're there. If you have any questions, your escort will be there to help you.

2. RIOMAGGIORE: Riomaggiore will welcome you with brightly colored homes stacked on striking cliffs. Enjoy about an hour to explore the beachy alleyways and admire the lovely views. Time flies in this village and the time to leave again comes in a heartbeat. Your escort will lead you heading to the nearby town of Manarola.

3. MANAROLA: Manarola, an ancient fishermans village, is renowned for its colorful homes and its pristine white wine! Take in the stunning views of the sparkling blue sea, flawless houses stacked on top of each other, and the green grapevines towering in the distance. The best places to take photos will be pointed out by your assistant (Manarola is known for its incredible views on @Instagram). With an hour at your disposal, you can explore this picturesque town as you please. It’s time to continue towards Monterosso!

4. MONTEROSSO AL MARE: The train ride to Monterosso will be around ten minutes long. Your tour-escort will provide many suggestions for how to spend your time in Monterosso. The wide, white beaches with crystal-clear water that stretch across this historic fishing town are what make it most famous. Enjoy exploring the ancient town or having some pesto pasta or delicious seafood for lunch. Find a spot on the beautiful coastline to unwind under the sun, swim in the incredible ocean, and snap memorable pictures! In Monterosso, you will have more or less two hours of time. The next stage will be Vernazza, and you can choose to get there by boat (a 10-minute trip with a small additional charge to be paid onsite) or continue the adventure with the Cinque Terre train for a few minutes.

5. VERNAZZA: From Monterosso, the nearby town of Vernazza is where your assistant will take you. Traveling timee more or less five minutes, and then you will have about 1 hour in this lovely waterfront town. Head to the small and picturesque harbour, also called "the Pearl of the Cinque Terre." If you’re lucky, you’ll see the return of the local fisherman from morning fishing in small blue boats. Enjoy the characteristic view of the emerald water of Vernazza and colorful houses. You will see the sun starting to set and drawing gold stripes on the sea. Spend some time strolling through the ancient streets, purchasing any last-minute artisanal souvenirs. It's time to come back... your assistant will lead you to get the train to La Spezia

6. You have a couple of hours to relax and dream, thinking about your last unforgettable day. You will arrive back in Montecatini in the early evening.

• 5Cinque Terre Sample

  The tour was set to our pace and expectations. This was agreed upon by all eight travelers. This was more than enough time to see and experience what Cinque Terre offers. The tour was 10.5 hours long. Martina filled that time with stories, history, and suggestions what to do in the cities we visited. Martina is a great tour guide and very considerate of everybody. We visited four of the five cities. To visit the fifth, you need to spend time walking uphill to it. We walked the cliffside trail between two cities, took a boat between another two, ate lunch at a third, took many photos including some from the two most picturesque locations in Riomaggiore and Manarola. If you take this tour and want to experience more of Cinque Terre, then I recommend you spend several days there on your own. This was indeed, a great sample of Cinque Terre.

• 5Simply Breathtaking!

  I have been wanting to go for a long time to Cinque Terre and it didn’t disappoint. First, our guide Martina was a jewel , what a lovely young lady . She was knowledgeable, friendly and so attentive to our group so that we could enjoy the tour with everything Cinque Terre had to offer. The ride to La Spezia was about 1 hr.15 mins from Montecatini. We started with Riomaggiore and it was simply breathtaking the views were amazing . We walked to the next village and again fantastic views. Our last village was Monterosso Al Mare . What a beautiful village the scenery was lovely as well as the village. This is a definite excursion to take if traveling to Liguria. We were a small group and it made our excursion so much more enjoyable. Again thank you for these wonderful memories.

• 5Great chance to get a feel for the areas

  This tour was an excellent way to see 4 of the 5 Lands of Cinque Terre. Most of the stops are brief, but there is definitely an opportunity to get a feel for the towns and enjoy the views. Our tour guide, Martina, was wonderful!

• 5Perfect small trip to Cinque Terre from Montecatini Terme

  Excellent communication before the trip confirming pick up which was punctual - professional & friendly greeting from Martina & Luca. A small group 7 was perfect for this tour of the Cinque Terre towns. We thought the pace was perfect with plenty of time to explore -have coffee- shop & plenty of time for a delicious lunch. Martina was an excellent guide giving us just the right amount of information with Luca to assist & ensure the group were looked after - this was our favourite day of our trip to Tuscany - thank you x
