Piazza Umberto is one of the most famous squares in the world, but probably you never heard about it with its proper name, because it is know all over the world as LA PIAZZETTA, that means "the little square. Keep an eye out! You might see a celebrity seated at one of the cafés of this square.

About Sorrento
Sorrento perches on cliffs above the Bay of Naples, a charming lemon-scented town that makes an easy base for Capri, Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast.
The town's centre is Piazza Tasso, from which narrow lanes run past churches, shops selling limoncello and inlaid woodwork, and the peaceful cloister of San Francesco. Steps and lifts lead down the cliffs to Marina Piccola, where the boats leave, and to Marina Grande, a fishing harbour with seafood restaurants right by the water.
Top-ranked sights in Sorrento: Marina Grande, Baths of Queen Giovanna (Bagni Regina Giovanna), Praiano.
