Dalmaji-gil (Moontan Road): This scenic hillside next to Haeundae Beach is known as Dalmaji-gil, or Moontan Road, a beloved spot for both locals and visitors. As you drive along the winding coastal road, you’ll enjoy sweeping views of the deep blue ocean, pine-covered slopes, and the striking line of modern skyscrapers that shape Haeundae’s skyline. In spring, the road becomes even more magical as the cherry blossom lane bursts into bloom, creating a beautiful pink canopy along the way. It’s one of the most picturesque drives in Busan, offering a perfect blend of nature and city scenery.
Haedong Yonggungsa Buddhist Temple (Temple of the Dragon Palace): One of Busan’s most beloved and iconic attractions, Haedong Yonggungsa is a rare seaside temple built dramatically along the rocky shoreline. As you approach, you’ll be greeted by peaceful bamboo groves and the sound of waves crashing against the cliffs. The path leads you through a series of stone statues and viewpoints before you descend the 108 steps, symbolizing the cleansing of earthly desires. At the bottom, the temple opens up to breathtaking ocean views, creating a serene and spiritual atmosphere that feels worlds away from the city. - There are 108 stair steps to reach the temple area, but a ramp is also available as an alternative. - The time spent at each location may vary depending on the group’s pace.
Gwangan Bridge (Diamond Bridge): During the tour, we’ll cross the famous Gwangandaegyo Bridge, often called the Diamond Bridge—one of Busan’s most iconic landmarks. Stretching elegantly over the ocean between Haeundae and Gwangalli, the bridge offers fantastic panoramic views of the coastline, the city skyline, and the sparkling blue water below. On a clear day, you can even catch a glimpse of Tsushima Island in Japan far out on the horizon. As we drive across, you’ll get a unique perspective of Busan’s blend of modern architecture and natural beauty, making it a memorable highlight of the journey.
Cross the impressive Busan Harbor Bridge and enjoy panoramic views of the port, coastline, and city skyline.
Jagalchi Fish Market: As the largest fish market in Korea, Jagalchi is a vibrant and lively place where you can experience Busan’s seafood culture at its fullest. The market is bustling with energy—vendors calling out, fresh catches displayed on colorful stalls, and an incredible variety of sea creatures swimming in tanks. From fish and shellfish to octopus and crabs, the market is truly alive, offering a fascinating look at the daily rhythm of life by the sea. It’s a place where tradition, livelihood, and the ocean come together, giving you an authentic glimpse into the heart of Busan’s fishery lifestyle. - The time spent at each location may vary depending on the group’s pace.
Spend 1 hour at BIFF Square exploring its famous street food and lively local atmosphere, with time for lunch at your own expense.
Gamcheon Culture Village: This colorful hillside village is one of Busan’s most iconic destinations, known for its maze-like alleys, vibrant murals, and charming pastel houses stacked along the slopes. Once a quiet residential area tucked away in a hidden valley, it has transformed into a lively artistic community filled with creative installations, small galleries, and quirky shops. As you explore, you’ll get a glimpse of how the local residents and artists worked together to turn the old village into a bright, international cultural landmark while still preserving its warm, lived‑in atmosphere. - The walking route is about 600 meters (0.4 miles) along a mostly flat street. If you prefer to take it easy, there are plenty of benches, cafés, and viewpoints where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. - The time spent at each location may vary depending on the group’s pace.
End your journey with a relaxing walk through this charming seaside village, famous for its narrow alleys and beautiful ocean views. Enjoy a complimentary drink at a local café while taking in the seaside scenery.

5Busan city highlights and sky capsule
Great city highlights tour and sky capsule ride. Our guide William was excellent and spoke English really well. I would recommend this tour for first timers to Busan
5Busan experience
William was a great tour guide and he took us all over with pickup from the hotel and back. We saw the Temple, we did the Sky Capsule, saw the fish market and BIFF square, as well as Gamcheon Cultural Village. We had a great time and would highly recommend!
5Busan highlights small group tour with sky capsule
Great experience. The tour was everything that was advertised. Timely pickup at our hotel. Our tour guide Jade used his judgment and was able to factor in a stop at Momos coffee so we could purchase coffee beans to take home. The ride on the sky capsule was awesome and again Jade was able to help us retrieve property left behind which could have ended in disaster…but did not. This was much appreciated. He was informative and gave us a great dining experience at Jalgachi fish market as well as information about our other stops. His tips on where to get better priced souvenirs and snacks at these stops was invaluable. Thank you for a great experience.
5A Day In Busan
Spent a wonderful day on a small group tour with Young as our guide. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and was even able to snag some tickets for the Sky Capsule at literally the last minute! I would highly recommend this tour if you are looking for an overview of this wonderful city.
5Wonderful Experience
We had a great tour with Sang. Our favorite was the fish market.
5Excellent experience
We were picked up at the hotel, by our friendly guide, Jino . He spoke excellent English and he shared a lot of Korean culture & experiences with us. He was a skillful driver, navigating through holiday traffic & finding parking. We also met a couple of fellow travelers from different countries, I enjoyed the company very much. The itinerary on this trip was fairly complete, all the must sees on the trip especially a few hard to get to places. I really had a great time, highly recommended!

About Busan
Busan is South Korea's second city and biggest port, with beaches, hillside villages, temples by the sea and a huge fish market.
Busan lies at the south-east tip of the Korean peninsula, a port city squeezed between mountains and the sea. Haeundae Beach and Gwangalli Beach, backed by high-rise towers, are its best-known stretches of sand. Gamcheon Culture Village, a hillside of colourful stepped houses, was settled by refugees during the Korean War, and the UN Memorial Cemetery in Korea honours soldiers who died in that conflict.
Top-ranked sights in Busan: Gamcheon Culture Village, Jagalchi Fish Market, Haedong Yonggungsa Temple.
