Highlights
Discover the most authentic Sardinia with an unmissable culinary experience in Bonorva, in the north-west of the island. In a family-run farmhouse, a culinary workshop dedicated to seadas, the Sardinian dessert par excellence, awaits you: a crispy pastry shell filled with fresh cheese and topped with a generous drizzle of local honey. Accompanied by an expert cook, you will get your hands dirty and follow all the stages of preparation step by step: from kneading the dough to filling and frying until golden brown. An opportunity to learn about ancient traditions, handed down through generations, in a welcoming environment. Once ready, you can enjoy the warm and fragrant seadas, surrounded by the genuine simplicity of the Sardinian countryside. Don't miss out on this experience for those who want to experience Sardinia not only as a tourist, but as a guest!
