1AVOID!!!
Absolute shambles. We had a ticket booked online for months. Turned up for the 8.20pm tour at 8.05pm. We were told to wait in the queue, which we did. Bus left without us and some other people. Asked what was happening h to be told that we had arrived late! A blatant lie. Don’t sell tickets for specific times and then have staff on the ground who let people onto the buses willy nilly and do t check that everyone who has a ticket for the tour gets into the bus. We walked away. Bad enough the bus we should have caught went without us, bit to be called a liar by the staff member was unacceptable. Would give zero stars if I could.
3Disappointed.
Although I booked this trip in advance of our trip to Rome and arrived at the meeting point 25minutes early my daughter and I were still unable to get a seat at the top of the bus. The only seats left downstairs were the higher raised ones which faced towards the back of the bus. Sadly our views out of the windows were restricted.
3Could have been better!
Loved seeing Rome at night, but narration was not in sync with where we were. A little disappointing!
5Awesome time
Overall it was a wonderful time we took three different tours with them including a night tour. The buses are clean and the drivers are friendly
5Magical Experience at Night
What a great experience! Seeing Rome at night was magical! Highly recommend this tour. It was a perfect way to see Rome at night.
4Big bus tour from the back seat
Very informative. Good setup. Get there 1/2 hour before departure to cue up if you want a top deck seat, or you'll be wasting your money sittIng on the lower level. The driver could go slower to help

About Rome
Rome layers nearly three thousand years of history into one walkable city, from the Colosseum and Forum to Baroque piazzas and Vatican art.
Ancient Rome is still in plain sight. The Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill sit together at the city's heart, the Pantheon still stands with its open oculus, and fragments of temples and aqueducts turn up between apartment blocks. Across the Tiber, Vatican City holds St Peter's Basilica, the Vatican Museums and Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel ceiling.
Top-ranked sights in Rome: Colosseum, Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel.
