What riders say
Across these tickets travellers rate Tootbus Brussels 3.6 out of 5 from 86 reviews.
Hop on hop off bus is a great and affordable way to orient yourself, explore, and learn about the key areas of Brussels; one of my new favorite destinations.
Great tour. Easy to find if you download their app. Good schedule and great things to see. We enjoyed this tour very much. We rode it a few times around the loop!! Very informative.
The bus, the routes, the drivers… all excellent. Unfortunately the wheel was closed for maintenance. A partial trefund would be appreciated.
Best time to ride
Late spring and early autumn give mild weather for the open deck, and the Red route runs most frequently in the spring-to-summer season.
Who it suits
- Families
- Children's commentary is offered in English, French and Dutch, and the Blue shuttle reaches the Atomium and Mini-Europe area.
- Couples
- Brings the Grand Place, Royal Quarter and Flagey ponds together without long walks between them.
- Seniors
- The Red route starts at Central Station and avoids Brussels' steep streets, so hopping off at the Grand Place or Place Royale keeps walking short.
- First-time visitors
- Combines the historic centre with the European Quarter and the Atomium shuttle in one ticket.
Tips before you go
- Both routes start at Central Station on Rue du Cardinal Mercier, which is also the transfer point between Red and Blue.
- The Blue shuttle runs much less often than the Red route, so plan the return before leaving the Atomium.
- Timetables change with the season, so check the Tootbus timetable or app before travelling.
- Ferris wheel and walking-tour add-ons are separate products, so confirm what a ticket includes.
Good to know
- Commentary languages listed by the operator: English, French, Dutch, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazilian), Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Russian.
