Itinerary
The Monkey Forest in Ubud, also called the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, is one of Bali’s most popular tourist attractions. It is a natural forest filled with over 1,000 long-tailed monkeys that live freely among the trees, paths, and temples. Inside the forest, you will find three ancient Balinese Hindu temples, which are still used for ceremonies today. The temples are more than 600 years old and show the deep spiritual and cultural traditions of Bali. Visitors come to enjoy the beautiful green scenery, see the monkeys in their natural habitat, and experience the peaceful, spiritual feeling of the area. There are also many stone carvings, statues, and bridges that make the forest feel magical. The Monkey Forest also teaches an important Balinese philosophy called Tri Hita Karana, which means living in harmony with god, other people and nature.
Tegallalang Rice Terrace is one of the most famous and scenic rice fields in Bali, located about 20 minutes north of Ubud. It is known for its beautiful, layered rice paddies that follow the natural curves of the hills — like green steps across the landscape. These rice fields use a traditional Balinese irrigation system called Subak, which is over 1,000 years old. This system is based on community cooperation and the Balinese philosophy of harmony with nature.
Tegenungan Waterfall is a stunning natural attraction. It features a powerful cascade of water plunging over 15 meters into a lush, green gorge. Surrounded by tropical vegetation, the waterfall offers a serene and picturesque setting, making it a popular spot for visitors to swim, take photos, or enjoy the natural beauty. It's easily accessible from Ubud and is a great spot for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike.
Tirta Empul Temple is a famous Balinese Hindu water temple known for its holy spring water. It is an important spiritual site where visitors can see traditional purification rituals, Balinese culture, and beautiful temple architecture.
The Alas Swing is a popular attraction where you can try a single swing high above the jungle and enjoy beautiful views of Bali’s nature. It is also a great place to take photos and relax
Restaurant with a jungle view where we will stop to enjoy lunch, swing and free access to swimming pool.
Tohpati Village is known for its traditional handicrafts, especially batik making. As part of an Ubud tour, visitors often stop here to enjoy the scenery and experience local culture. You can also enjoy watching artisans create batik fabrics live and learn about the process.
Mas Village is a famous wood carving center in Bali, known for its skilled artisans who create detailed and artistic sculptures from wood, where visitors can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, see the carving process directly, and learn about traditional Balinese art and craftsmanship.

About Ubud
Ubud is Bali's cultural heart, a town of temples, craft villages and dance set among rice terraces and river gorges in the island's green uplands.
The town centres on the Ubud Palace and the busy market opposite, with traditional dance performed in temple courtyards in the evenings. Saraswati Temple's lotus ponds sit just off the main road, and the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary shelters long-tailed macaques among moss-covered shrines and giant banyan trees.
Top-ranked sights in Ubud: Tegalalang Rice Terrace (Sawah Terasering Tegalalang), Tegenungan Waterfall (Air Terjun Tegenungan), Tirta Empul Temple (Pura Tirta Empul).
