3It was great to see some...
It was great to see some local spots but communication needs improvement - especially towards the end. The tour also ended way before the time noted in the description.

Good night tour offering 5 different pubs. Long tour but worth it for the experience. Would recommend it.
1AWFUL - No communication, no-show guide. AVOID!
Awful. Messaged the guide throughout the day. Was meant to meet at 9 pm but no contact after 8 pm. Told them I was a single female coming alone. I waited at the meeting point for 30 minutes, sent over 8 WhatsApp messages, emailed them, and rang 4 times (all of which I have evidence), and still got no response. Absolute joke and waste of money. I've demanded a refund, but probably unlikely given how horrendous the customer service is. I'm a travel agent who books travel for many clients and regularly travels myself for work, and i've never experienced a no-show before. I would never, ever, ever reccomend this to anyone. Ruined my trip. Complete sham.

Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, lies below Vitosha mountain, mixing Roman ruins, golden-domed churches, mineral springs and a busy café culture.
