4A good visit to an otherworldly location
Efficient and knowledgeable tour guide and driver. The geysers are interesting and the landscape on the drive back down is stunning. Breakfast was good. Be warned that it is VERY cold at the geysers (minus 7 degrees Celsius in mid/late March).
5One of the best tours - Must do
Loreto and her team were fabulous about everything - punctuality, checking with group about washroom stops, introducing us to different characters of geysers, sharing astonishing historical information about the place, breakfast, etc. We all connected well, and felt very satisfied at the end of the tour.
5Unique experience
Fantastic tour! Such a unique place and experience. Loreto was our guide, sharing all of her knowledge about the culture and the places we visited. This tour was a full immersion in the local history, also we could see different birds and other local animals… besides great food and nice people
5Great trip to see the geysers.
Well organised and interesting. Our guide, Duncan, was very informative, knowledgeable, and helpful - and was well assisted by our driver (Maurizio?).
5Amazing experiences in the Chilean desert
Did this tour with Layana and Moon Valley, both with Carolina. The landscapes were stunning and bit to be missed, and the tour was very well organised. Carolina kindly accommodated our slightly out-of-down hotel and really was informative and fantastic throughout. Recommended.

About San Pedro de Atacama
San Pedro de Atacama is an adobe oasis town in northern Chile, ringed by salt flats, volcanoes, geysers and some of the driest desert on earth.
San Pedro de Atacama is a village of low whitewashed adobe houses and dusty streets in an oasis of the Atacama Desert, at about 2,400 metres. Its adobe church goes back to the 17th century and has a roof of cactus wood, and the small Museo Arqueológico Gustavo Le Paige displays mummies and pottery from the desert's early peoples. The cone of Licancabur volcano stands over the town to the east.
