Welcome to a fascinating world! Scuba diving offers unique sensations that no other sport on the planet can give. Discover Scuba Diving is a half day program for beginners! You will start this program from the moment you decide to book! after booking you will receive a link for the eLearning product. This product contains all the information you need about the program. Your PADI instructors will help you to become familiar with your scuba gear and get ready for your first breath underwater. Before you know it you will be in our pool practicing a few simple skills and into the sea you go to enjoy your first open water dive. Your first dive will be at our training dive site Roman Wall. It is safe and easy, at a maximum depth of 6m with added features for your comfort such as a sloping descent line to the bottom. This is an underwater playground for all divers, find yourself surrounded by Roman Amphorae, old anchors and beautiful marine life such as octopus and green turtles.

5Discover scuba diving
Had the discover scuba diving session with Mick, it was a great experience with the training in the pool being really clear and tailored to everyone in the group. Nothing felt rushed and Mick was great at it all. The actual dive in the sea was fantastic, exhausting but so good. The views were amazing and you soon got in to the rhythm of it. 5 out of 5 couldn't recommend it enough.

Pascal and Lilly was brilliant through the whole process, my second time with cydive with my partner and brought our friend this time too, the training is so thorough and the instructors could not do more for you, we’ll definitely visit again!!!

55 star experience with CYdive
Today me and my 10yr old son did the discover scuba diving course with CYdive ... all the staff were very friendly and helpful, but our instructor Mick was superb ... everything was so well done and professional and great VFM... we had a great time and my son wants to continue his PADI adventure... thank you CYdive ... would highly recommend using them 👌 👍 👏 😀

About Paphos
Paphos is a harbour town on Cyprus's south-west coast, with Roman mosaics, ancient tombs, a seafront fort and the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite nearby.
Paphos is split between the harbourside Kato Paphos, where most of the ancient sites lie, and the hillside town of Ktima above it. Kato Paphos is a World Heritage site, with the floor mosaics of Roman villas such as the House of Dionysos, the ruins of an odeon and a small fort at the harbour mouth. Nearby, the Tombs of the Kings are rock-cut burial chambers dating from the 4th century BC.
