They stay in houses where the walls are made from dirt and the roof is made from grass. They use kitchen equipment made from coconut shells and use wood for cooking. Animals still live in the house here. This is actually how I grew up in my own family house in my village.

About Seminyak

Seminyak is Bali's stylish beach district, known for wide sunset sands, beach clubs, boutiques and some of the island's most inventive dining.

The long beach runs north from Legian, with wide golden-grey sand, rolling surf and a sunset show each evening, when beanbags and umbrellas line the shore. Further north, Petitenget and Batu Belig continue the strip with quieter stretches, and the sea temple of Pura Petitenget sits right by the sand.
