Highlights
This is not just a tasting — it’s a true Austrian food experience in the heart of Salzburg’s Old Town. Instead of simply sampling drinks, you’ll start with a hands-on Apple Strudel cooking class, learning a beloved Austrian tradition from scratch. Afterwards, you’ll enjoy Austrian Tapas served in 4 courses, with 2–3 different regional specialties per course — designed to showcase the full spectrum of Austrian cuisine, from Alpine classics to seasonal favorites. Every course is paired with carefully selected local beers and Austrian wines, chosen to perfectly match the flavors. It’s the perfect mix of cooking, tasting, culture, and cozy local atmosphere — and the sweet finale is your own homemade Apple Strudel.

About Salzburg
Salzburg, birthplace of Mozart, is a baroque city on the Salzach River beneath a hilltop fortress, with the Alps at its edge.
The old town, on the left bank of the Salzach, is a UNESCO World Heritage site of baroque church domes, narrow lanes and arcaded courtyards, built on the salt trade and presided over by the Hohensalzburg Fortress. Mozart was born in 1756 in a yellow house on Getreidegasse, now a museum, while Residenzplatz and Domplatz hold the cathedral and the palaces of the prince-archbishops.
Top-ranked sights in Salzburg: Mirabell Palace and Gardens (Schloss Mirabell und Mirabellgarten), Hellbrunn Palace (Schloss Hellbrunn), Nonnberg Abbey (Stift Nonnberg).
