Beyond its profound history, the monastery offers the most iconic and breathtaking panoramic view in Georgia—the dramatic confluence of the Mtkvari and Aragvi rivers. It is a perfect location for photography, offering a unique perspective of the ancient capital, Mtskheta, from above. This site is a true postcard' of the Caucasus and an essential stop for every visitor.
Often referred to as the 'Stonehenge of Georgia,' the Chronicles of Georgia is a massive, awe-inspiring monument created by the famous sculptor Zurab Tsereteli. The 16 towering columns, reaching up to 35 meters, depict two main themes: the upper parts showcase the kings, queens, and heroes of Georgian history, while the lower parts illustrate the life of Christ and biblical scenes. Perched on a hill above the city, the site offers a spectacular panoramic view of the 'Tbilisi Sea' reservoir and the surrounding urban landscapes. Your guide will walk you through these giant bronze and copper pillars, explaining the deep symbolism behind each engraving. It is one of the most photogenic and unique hidden gems in Tbilisi, combining grand artistic scale with spiritual and historical storytelling.

The Holy Trinity Cathedral, known as Sameba, is a masterpiece of modern Georgian architecture and the largest religious building in the South Caucasus. What makes this complex unique is its multi-layered structure: it is built on two levels, with a significant part of the structure located underground. The complex actually consists of nine different chapels (churches), many of which are tucked away in the lower tiers. About Kutaisi
Kutaisi is one of Georgia's oldest cities, a former royal capital on the Rioni River with a ruined cathedral, hillside monasteries and a covered market.
Kutaisi, the main city of Imereti in western Georgia, was once the capital of the kingdom of Western Georgia and is linked by legend with Aia, the land of Jason and the Golden Fleece. The Rioni River runs through the centre, and the Colchis Fountain, with gilded animals, stands on one of its squares. The Bagrati Cathedral, an eleventh-century church on a hilltop, was ruined by the Ottomans in 1692 and rebuilt in modern times.
