5Lovely morning doing a cave tour
Firstly, the views from the car park alone are spectacular. I took a 10am tour, which was quieter than subsequent tours it seems. There was a significant crowd on return from the cave. Our tour guide gave enough information to keep you interested, but also kept us moving. The cave 'ornaments' are stunning. Having the option to wander back in your own time back to the entrance and take photos is a nice idea. Wear something warm, there's a breeze that naturally runs between galleries that will chill you if youre not careful. The train ride down and up is a nice touch, keeps control of who's in a party going down to the cave. Good coffee at the cafe. Adequate toilet facilities too. Oh, and did I already mention the views from the carpark?
5Great tour!
The one hour tour was complete with enough information but not too much!
5The cave was beautiful. ...
The cave was beautiful. It is very cool inside and you need good shoes as it is all walking. Our guide pointed out all of the different kinds of formations along with their nicknames. We took the early tour which was not as crowded as the later tour when we returned back. There is a nice view of the valley and a little cafe to grab a drink or bite to eat.
5Informative and interesting tour through cave
I liked we could talk to guide about science, history and whatever related. We talked about other caves therefore I value this information and good vibe.
5Don't miss it
Beautiful cave, good guide , only cold onside
5Worth vizit
Lipa Cave is definitely worth visiting. The cave is beautiful and interesting, and the tour was enjoyable. It is quite cold inside, so I definitely recommend bringing a jacket, even in summer. Our guide was friendly and gave us some useful explanations during the tour. Overall, a nice experience and a good place to visit while in Montenegro.

About Budva
Budva, on Montenegro's Adriatic coast, is a walled old town on a small peninsula, with a long run of beaches on either side.
Budva's old town sits on a rocky peninsula, enclosed by stone walls with a citadel on the seaward point. Narrow lanes lead between small churches and squares, and the settlement is more than 2,500 years old, with Venetian rulers shaping its present look from the fifteenth century. A 1979 earthquake damaged much of it, and it was carefully rebuilt. Beaches such as Mogren are reached by a path along the sea.
