The best thing about this experience is that each participant will prepare their own ceviche, using carefully selected ingredients and following the chef’s instructions, and then enjoy their creation at the end of the workshop. The experience continues with a fun cocktail class, where an expert bartender will teach you how to prepare the famous Pisco Sour, Peru’s flagship cocktail. You’ll learn the perfect balance between pisco, lemon, gum syrup, egg white and Angostura bitter, while making your own drink in a practical and interactive way.
