  • 5Excellent Tour with Andrew!

Andrew was a wonderful guide - knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Each stop is about 20 minutes, but you have enough time to see and do everything without feeling rushed. Although they weren’t baking at the Tortuga factory yet, we were able to go inside for cake and rum tastings and do a little shopping. In addition to Camana Bay and The Old Homestead, we also drove by the Governor’s Mansion. Hell was very cool to see, and the gift shop was a fun place to visit and meet the family who runs it. The Dolphin Center stop is just a visit to the gift shop unless you pay an additional $2 fee. You can choose to visit the Turtle Centre across the street instead, but you have to pay full admission, which is not worth it for a 20-minute stop. The final hour is spent at Seven Mile Beach. It was brutally hot, and since I’m not much of a beach person, I was able to find a shaded spot to sit and relax. On the ride back, Andrew entertained us with some fun trivia and showed us where the craft market was located so we could do a little shopping before reboarding the ship. I highly recommend this tour! It was a quarter of the price of a similar excursion offered by the cruise line, and we got to see even more places. Best of all, we had a wonderful tour guide! Thank you, Andrew!

  • 5Must Do Grand Cayman

Andrew truly made our day! The tour was a taste of Grand Cayman, with several brief but sufficient (not rushed) stops. Tortuga factory, Hell's Rock, and Dolphin Center. Then a fabulous time on the beach! Andrew took us to the perfect spot with beautiful clean sandy beach, not too crowded, water to rinse off and bathrooms (very clean and well maintained). Amazing day! Will book again and strongly recommend!

  • 3Too long of a walk

Our driver was very friendly, and informative. However, it took a long time to find them as the pick up was not where every other pick up occurred. It was a very long walk to his bus.

  • 1Unfortunately

Unfortunately, I was rescheduled without asking if it would be convenient. The explanation was that not enough people were scheduled for the tour on that day.

About Grand Cayman

Grand Cayman is the largest of the three Cayman Islands, a flat Caribbean island known for Seven Mile Beach, coral reefs and shallow sandbar waters.

George Town, the capital, sits on the sheltered west coast of Grand Cayman, a low limestone island ringed by coral. Seven Mile Beach, a long band of pale sand running north from the capital, is lined with hotels, restaurants and dive shops. The Cayman Islands are a British Overseas Territory, and the banking offices of George Town stand beside the cruise piers and the small national museum.
