Know before you go

Meeting point: You will pass migration, collect your luggage, pass customs, and then you exit to an arrivals hall. Walk to your RIGHT HAND SIDE to the small coffee shop called Cafe Baretto. Your driver will be waiting outside those doors with a sign.
