  • 4The Tour Guide Was a Rock Star!

They lost a star for the mixup (not) picking us up at our hotel. Rafael made up for it and then some! He and the rest of the crew were amazing, keeping a drink in everyone’s hands as well as snacks. Rafael’s historical and informational narration were very entertaining, to say the least, and it just became the highlight of our trip to San Juan.

  • 3Loved the staff! Everything else was low budget.

The staff was amazing! The ad photo is deceiving. Everything else was low budget. The drinks were sangria in a capri sun like pouch, beer and soft drinks. The food was inedible, the pretzels were soggy and the grapes were moldy.

  • 4The staff was awesome! Other things not so much.

The staff was amazing! Cannot say enough about their professionalism and courtesy. The photo in the ad is deceiving though. The food provided was soggy, I’m a vegetarian and the small roll “sandwich” had turkey, the pretzels were soggy, and the grapes had mold. The options for the drinks were very low budget, sangria drink box and beer. I think the price for the value was inconsistent. The only thing that I can say was that the staff made the trip.

  • 3Okay Tour

It was a cute tour and I enjoyed the views but then they passed out the little snack lunch box I was the only person they skipped over. Literally everyone in front of me and both sides got one. I had to get up to get mine 10 mins after they passed it out.
