  Had to buy own water. Tour guide was not professional. Did not go to all the places listed even when asked it was the end of the tour. Don't waste your money

• 5Great Tour and Wonderful Sights of the Island!!

  Great way to learn more about the island and its history. Past history, current history and culture, saw and learned a lot. Ruben is an AWESOME guide, very friendly, funny, informative and FUN!!

• 5Wonderful Guide!

  Ruben was excellent guide, and was able to address any questions about Puerto Rico: you name it: culture, agriculture, government, history, restaurants, finance, architecture....a wonderful personality, too. Very caring and aware of his guests and where they are. I felt closer to the people of this island after being around him.

  Rueben was knowledgeable and gave us information the whole time. He showed us the sights and was flexible for us. Picked a great restaurant to eat. Would highly recommend

  The tour guide was nice enough however he drove past many of the “stops” and mentioned a few things about them . The time or 2 we got out of the car to see a particular place that was on the itinerary it was only for about 5 minutes. The tour was scheduled for 6 hours and we barely got 4. Zero shopping time or photo ops. Very expensive ride on the interstate. Disappointed and feel cheated

• 1The tour shuttle never...

  The tour shuttle never showed up. Called the tour company directly and they informed me that no record of my booking on their system. I called Viator and they wanted me to call the tour company, luckily I already had and Viator said they would look into the matter. Viator tried looking for a similar tour for the following day at a higher price so I declined. Ended up booking directly with the tour company at a lower rate.

Luquillo sits on Puerto Rico's north-east coast, where the green slopes of the Luquillo Mountains meet the Atlantic. La Monserrate beach, a long crescent of sand with palms and calm shallow water, is a favourite with families. Behind the town the mountains rise into El Yunque National Forest, the only tropical rainforest in the United States national forest system, with waterfalls, hiking trails and the tiny coquí tree frogs that sing after dark.
