Your experience begins with a private pickup at your accommodation in Flores or El Remate. Travel comfortably for approximately 2 hours to Yaxhá, with a relaxed 45-minute stop for lunch at a local restaurant. Enjoy a choice of five dishes. Upon arrival at the Yaxhá Archaeological Site, enjoy a 2.5-hour guided exploration enriched with fascinating insights into Maya archaeology, history, flora, and fauna. Walk through jungle pathways and climb several temples and pyramids at an unhurried, personalized pace. The experience concludes with a guided climb at one of the temples an accessible and rewarding ascent.
