1. Driving from Muscat to Wadi Bani Khalid will take around 2 Hours Drive.

2. Our first stop is Wadi Bani Khalid from there we will have easy walk to reach the water pools and you can have a swim with clear and crystal water. Then after that we will continue to wahiba Sands Desert. SWIMWEAR CODE: For ladies they must wear t shirt and short under the knees. BRING WITH YOU: Extra clothes for swimming, Towel, Water shoes not slippery.

3. After Wadi Bani Khalid we will go to Wahiba sands desert from there you can visit the Bedouin Family, drink coffee with them and you can ride a camel (OPTIONAL) then watch the sunset. Then after that back to Muscat. Wahiba Sands desert is a highlight of any trip to Oman. The impressive orange sand dunes offer a unique experience, especially at sunrise and sunset.

• 5Wonderful private family trip

  We enjoyed the travel with our wonderful guide Fauzi. He was very respectful and was very helpful. We enjoyed every part of the trip, the timing was perfect and we got 100% experience of the visit to the Wadi and than to the Bedouin house, our children enjoyed the camel ride, the local people were very welcoming and very kind. The sunset in the desert was an unforgettable experience and a magic moment of the trip ! The price is very affordable for this private trip that you cannot do yourself even if you rent a car. Don’t hesitate and book your private trip with Fauzi !

  We had a fantastic experience with Star Tours Oman, especially with our guide Fauzi. From the very beginning he was incredibly friendly, positive and highly motivated. Throughout the day he shared a lot about Omani culture and food, which made the whole tour very interesting and enjoyable. During Ramadan he even shared his iftar with us, which was a very kind gesture and something we never forget. Our first stop was Wadi Bani Khalid, which was absolutely beautiful. The water was crystal clear and pleasantly warm, and the scenery was simply stunning. Afterwards we drove into the desert dunes, which was a lot of fun. At one point we even had a spontaneous long-jump competition in the sand dunes, and I have to admit that Fauzi completely beat me – it was great fun and we laughed a lot. Fauzi is a wonderful guide: very knowledgeable, interested, and with a great sense of humor. He made the entire day relaxed, enjoyable and memorable. I can highly recommend Star Tours Oman, and especially Fauzi as a guide.

  Really nice experience! Went with 2 friends and enjoyed it a lot. Wadi Bani Khalid is so beautiful and we went to the desert after where we got to feed camels and watch the sunset. The guide was super friendly and helpful. Can recommend! (:

  Our family had a wonderful trip. Thankful for a well experience guide Mr Yousef. He is also well mannered ,and reliable. We are lucky to have him. The coordinator Karen from Star Tours was also prompt and helpful. Thumbs up to both. Looking forward to coming back to Oman.
