5Friendly and professional!
Sabin from Best Treks Nepal went out of his way to be helpful. He gave very clear details about bus time, seat, pick up point and sent friendly messages on the day to check all was well. As a solo traveller, I found this useful and reassuring. The bus had comfortable seats. The ride was slow and bumpy because half the road between Kathmandu and Lumbini is "under construction". A good thing the driver was skilled! Best Treks Nepal also arranged my return trip to Kathmandu with the same care and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
