Itinerary
Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Sanctuary and Park, which can be found on UNESCO’s list of World Heritage Sites. It is regarded as the Polish Calvary Hill and, made for Franciscan monks, was modeled after Jerusalem
Wadowice. It was this city where John Paul II was born and raised, and in the place of his former residence a Museum was opened in his memory. His timeless message sent to people around the world is an expression of incredible wisdom and understanding of contemporary problems, which makes this place a popular destination for many Catholics. Of course, you cannot miss the famous papal fondant.
Over here you will find many remainings after St. John Paul II. For example the most important relic for this place which is the vial of Pope blood, or Pope's robes stained with his blood after assasination atempt.
Divine Mercy Sanctuary, located in Krakow’s Lagiewniki neighborhood, was near and dear to the Pope’s heart, as the remains of Saint Faustina Kowalska rest there.

About Krakow
Kraków, Poland's royal former capital, has a beautifully preserved medieval old town, crowned by Wawel Castle above the Vistula River.
The Main Market Square, one of the largest medieval squares in Europe, is lined with burghers' houses and centred on the arcaded Cloth Hall. St Mary's Basilica rises at one corner, its carved wooden altarpiece a Gothic masterpiece, and a trumpet call sounds from its tower through the day and night.
Top-ranked sights in Krakow: Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum, Rynek Glowny (Main Market Square), Wieliczka Salt Mine (Kopalnia Soli).
