5Great family experience
Great guide who was well prepared and tried hard to find us a sea turtle to see. If u have a mustache- shave it! As hubs couldn't get good seal. Or at least trim it really well and use lots of the cream he provides. Went with my eldest and hubs. Our daughter did amazingly well for someone who never works out - diving down deep into the ocean and keeping up with guide easily. Hubs and I who both work out regularly struggled a little 😆. Getting older is not fair lol. This guy loves what he does and kept our daughter engaged with explaining the fish as we passed them and safe while hubs and I made sure we had access to bougie board if needed. We crossed a trumpet fish and these cute blue fish with yellow tails. Experienced a couple different schools of fish too. Aldo we paid for small group pricing but got

This was a great experience. My guide was very knowledgable about the various reefs of the area, so I saw some fantastic stuff. He also did a good job finding and pointing out marine life.

About Rincón
Rincón is a small surf town on Puerto Rico's west coast, known for beaches that face the sunset, a coral reserve and humpback whales in winter.
Rincón sits on a headland on the west coast of Puerto Rico, facing the Mona Passage, with beaches on either side that catch the winter swells. It hosted the world surfing championships in 1968, and surfing is still the town's reason for being, with breaks named Domes, Maria's, Indicators and Sandy Beach. Domes takes its name from the dome of a former nuclear reactor on the cliff above.
