5An Unforgettable Rainforest Adventure with an Exceptional Guide!
Our tour of El Yunque Rainforest with Ingrid was truly one of the best tours I’ve ever taken! El Yunque itself was absolutely beautiful and a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but Ingrid made the entire day unforgettable. Her knowledge of Puerto Rico’s local history, culture, and native plants was exceptional. She shared fascinating information about the traditional uses of plants in medicine, building, and everyday life, making the experience both fun and educational from start to finish. Even the drive to and from the rainforest was a highlight thanks to her engaging stories and passion for sharing her knowledge. The local candies she brought for the ride were such a thoughtful touch, and the stop at a roadside food stand introduced us to some of the best food I’ve ever had—not just in Puerto Rico, but anywhere! Ingrid’s love for her work and her culture shines through in everything she does. If you have the opportunity to tour with her, don’t hesitate. Highly recommended!
5Mother /Daughter birthday trip.
Great adventure! I personally would carry my backpack to the water. It is a bit of a trek going back but worth the walk. We had Issac as our guide and he was a lot of fun Loved stopping at a local restaurant and enjoying island food.
5Birthday adventure
Our guide, Isaac, was amazing. He was so kind and understanding with our 84 year old mother (who had never been to a rainforest before). She had a wonderful birthday adventure. Everything was very fun, but the best thing was being able to give her such an experience.
5Over the top.
Fernando and Isaac were wonderful knowledgeable, and courteous. Great guide and driver. I definitely recommend this tour.
5Day trip to El Yunque
This was a low strain, easy hike/ walk trip. Our guide was beyond friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I appreciated her knowledge of plant and wildlife and incorporating the necessity of biodiversity. We had an enjoyable day and I would do the same tour again with first time visitors.
4Tour guide, Issac, was...
Tour guide, Issac, was amazing! 5/5 But you don’t go down the natural water slides that I saw online (that’s on me, I didn’t read the description properly) So just make sure you read carefully what the stops on the tour are to see if you wanna do it
