  Jorge was one of these best and knowledgeable guides we have ever had. We have traveled to many countries. You are very fortunate to have guide of this quality. As far as the tour. I could have done without going to the Adventure park. That stuff wasn't to my personal liking

  Our guide Irene made our day trip very enjoyable. From planning food, activities, and short hikes, she made our day so easy. She was very informative in a lighthearted and humorous way. We could not have asked for a better day trip to Banos and would happily book with her again. 10/10

• 5Great day out!

  We had a fantastic day to Banos with Irene and Marcellus! We covered lots of interesting sites. Irene was full of knowledge and humour - I think she is probably the best tour guide we have had on our travels! She also took lots of great pics for us. We especially enjoyed the end of the world swing. Would recommend this for anyone wanting to see Banks highlights if you don't have time to stay in the area for longer. Thanks again!

• 5A Beautiful Experience From Start to Finish

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m so glad we had Irene as our tour guide in Baños. She genuinely made the experience so much more special for me. You can tell right away that Irene truly loves what she does, not just because she’s knowledgeable, but because of the enthusiasm and care she puts into everything. I also really appreciated how fluent and comfortable she was speaking English, it made communicating so easy, and she explained everything clearly while still making the tour feel natural and fun. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, enjoying ourselves, and getting the most out of our day. She was so kind, patient, and attentive, and it honestly felt like we were exploring Baños with someone who really wanted us to have a memorable experience, not someone who was simply doing their job. What stood out to me most was how passionate she was when sharing the places and stories with us. Her love for Ecuador and for what she does really comes through. • 5A great day in Baños

  From the hotel pick up to the hotel drop off at the end of a long day, it was a great one day trip to Baños. Irene, the guide, and Jimmy the driver, took great care of us and made the day special. There is a lot of travelling but I am so glad I did it. The swing at the Casa del arbol was amazing and I got some great photos. Irene was always happy to help with taking photos and offer advice. So many highlights for this day. I wasn’t expecting to zip wire across the river but I did! The trip across the waterfall was such fun. The Pailon waterfall was stunning. I also enjoyed the ice cream stop on the way back. Throughout the journey Irene offered brilliant commentary on all that we were seeing and doing. I would definitely recommend this trip.
