A few kilometers from the main complex, on the site of the chapel of St. Zebulon, there is the source of St. Nino, known for its healing properties. Bodbe has endured several serious attacks from outside invaders over the centuries. During the Soviet Union, the monastery was closed, and its building was used as a hospital for several decades. At the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries, a large-scale restoration of the monastery complex was carried out. Today the monastery is female, the entrance is open all year round.
