Turkish Meze Cooking Class and Market Experience

This is not a fixed-menu cooking class. It begins with the ingredients that Kaş has to offer that day: a visit to the Friday Market or a local grocery store, choosing fresh produce together, and turning it into seasonal Turkish meze at Leman’s Deli. Hosted by a neighbourhood deli known for its daily homemade mezze, the experience is relaxed, hands-on and personal. You will learn the small details that make simple Turkish dishes so memorable. The menu is largely vegan and vegetarian, celebrates seasonal produce, and ends with everyone sharing the mezze they have prepared around the table.
