Tree Tapping Demo Watch how a maple tree is tapped and how sap flows during the maple season. Maple Forest Walk Take a short walk into our maple forest and learn what makes a good syrup-producing tree. From Sap to Syrup Learn how sap is stored, concentrated, boiled, finished, filtered, and bottled as syrup. Gift Shop and Q&A Browse our farm shop, see our maple products, and ask any final questions before the tour ends.
