Unlike cheap cooking experiences that merely combine commercial products, this experience is unique to Kappabashi, the town of kitchen knives, and uses a large kitchen knife specially designed for noodle making to try your hand at thinly slicing noodles without using any machinery, applying the soba-soba slicing technique that has been used since the Edo period. An original systematic tool that completes such a traditional experience in just 30 minutes. After making the noodles, you can choose your favorite flavor and experience toppings at your seat. RAKUJYO offers both ramen and soba, so even if there is someone in your group who does not like wheat flour, you can switch to a soba making experience using 100% buckwheat flour.
