About Windsor
Windsor, in southern Ontario, faces the Detroit skyline across the river, with riverfront parkland, an old distillery quarter and vineyards close by.
Windsor stands on the Detroit River, and a quirk of the border means it looks north to the American city, whose towers line the far bank.
