We will prepare the ragu following the original receipe of the real bolognese families and will then make three different shapes of pasta using roller pin and other tools. About Bologna
Bologna, capital of Emilia-Romagna, is a red-roofed university city of arcaded streets, leaning towers and some of Italy's richest food.
