Itinerário
We will begin our tour of Buga by visiting its main attraction: the Basilica Menor del Señor de los Milagros (Minor Basilica of the Lord of Miracles). There we will talk about why this city is one of the main pilgrimage centers in Colombia. Every year, thousands of the faithful come to Buga to pray and ask for protection for their loved ones.
We will also walk around the basilica to learn important facts about the city and the temple, whose title of Minor Basilica was granted by Pope Pius XI in 1937. At the end of the guided tour, we will have a snack and a drink to recharge our batteries. After lunch, we will return to our starting point in Cali, where we will arrive at 1:30 pm.

About Cali
Cali, in Colombia's Valle del Cauca, is the country's salsa capital, a warm city of river parks, hill viewpoints and sugar-cane plains.
Cali lies in the wide valley of the Cauca River, with the Western Andes rising to the west. The Cali River runs through the middle of town, and the colonial San Antonio neighbourhood on its hill is full of small cafés and craft shops around a white chapel. La Ermita, a Gothic-style church beside the river, and the Cristo Rey statue on a western ridge are landmarks.
Top-ranked sights in Cali: La Merced Church Museum (Iglesia de la Merced), National Palace, Metropolitan Cathedral.
