Points forts
This is a private tour so only your group is on the tour, We have a 4 person limit so that we can 'socially distance' and show you around town in a meaningful and enjoyable way. We encourage questions and discussion and tailor the content to your interests. Besides showing main sights we also include lovely back streets that we know because we are locals! We have a break in one of a number of really nice local cafes that welcome us because of our small group size. Big tour groups are not allowed entry into the places we go to. If you have a particular interest please let us know when you join the tour and perhaps we can include it. The start time and start pint can be changed if you wish.

On weekdays we go into the courtyard of the old Dutch East Indies HQ and tell the storry about how the Dutch dominated the spice trade and the birth of modern capitalism! From this point we branch in different directions depending on the weather, the day of the week, the speed of the group. but we have a break at a really nice cafe. The 2 routes are described in the 2 stops below.
Another route is to go through to Dam Square and talk about the royal family and other landmarks on the square and then head into the canal belt area, direction Anne Frank House. Sometimes on this route, we can do a little exploration of the Jordaan area and see a hidden courtyard there.

About Amsterdam
Top-ranked sights in Amsterdam: Amstel River, Skinny Bridge (Magere Brug), Anne Frank House.
