  2. The Pokhara Shanti Stupa, widely known as the World Peace Pagoda, is a brilliant white Buddhist monument perched high on Anadu Hill. It offers visitors a tranquil space for quiet reflection alongside unparalleled, breathtaking views of Phewa Lake, the city below, and the sweeping Annapurna mountain range.

  3. Gupteswor Cave is an ancient and revered underground limestone cavern located directly opposite Devi's Falls. It houses a sacred, naturally formed Shiva lingam shrine alongside a dramatic inner viewing point where the rushing waters of the waterfall thunder through the dark chambers

    20 minEntrée incluse

  4. Devis Falls is an extraordinary natural waterfall where the Pardi Khola stream intensely plunges into a deep, narrow chasm. Rather than flowing into a regular riverbed, the roaring waters mysteriously vanish entirely into a 500-foot-long underground tunnel system.

    20 minEntrée incluse

  5. Bindabasini Temple is the oldest Hindu temple complex in Pokhara, proudly perched atop a small hill in the city's old quarters. Dedicated to Goddess Durga, it draws countless daily worshippers and offers striking, sweeping vistas of the Himalayan peaks to the north.

    25 minEntrée incluse

  6. Seti River Gorge is a mesmerizing geological wonder where a roaring, glacial river cuts directly beneath the busy urban streets of the city. The water carries heavy limestone sediments that give it a distinctive, milky-white appearance through canyon walls that plummet up to 80 meters deep

    20 minEntrée incluse

  7. Mahendra Cave is a large and easily accessible limestone show cave discovered by local shepherds in the 1950s. It is well-known for its naturally formed stalactites and stalagmites, featuring a partially lit pathway that allows visitors to explore roughly 100 meters into the earth

    20 minEntrée incluse

  8. Bat Cave—locally known as Chamere Gufa—is a dark, humid limestone cavern surrounded by dense forest. It provides a natural habitat for thousands of horseshoe bats clustered across the ceiling, featuring a notoriously narrow climbing exit that challenges adventurous travelers.

About Pokhara

Pokhara is a lakeside city in central Nepal, with Phewa Lake and the Annapurna peaks above it, and the starting point for classic Himalayan treks.

Pokhara lies in a valley at about 800 metres, with Phewa Lake at its heart. Wooden boats cross to the small Tal Barahi temple on an island, and the Lakeside district is a strip of cafés, shops and guesthouses. On clear mornings the Annapurna range and the sharp pyramid of Machapuchare, 'Fishtail', rise above the water, startlingly close to a lowland town.
