Join us on tour for a day exploring some of the West Coast’s most stunning natural regions. Leave behind city life for a one-day treat to some of Western Australia’s best natural wonders.
After 1.5 hours from Perth, we stop to stretch our legs and take in the views from Guilderton Lookout, replacing the Lancelin stop due to its temporary closure. This stunning viewpoint offers panoramic views of the vast sand dunes, which are part of the largest network of sand dunes in Western Australia. The gigantic, snow-white dunes create a striking contrast against the glistening turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean in the distance. The lookout is accessed by 83 steps (15 more than Lancelin) and takes approximately 7 minutes to walk up. With toilets and a cafe available at the carpark, this stop will not affect the overall length of the tour, as the timing remains the same.
Shake the sand out of your shoes, before we travel on to the Nilgen Nature Reserve. In a region abundant with flora and fauna, we’ll wander through a kaleidoscopic of wildflowers, including the likes of banksias, bottlebrush, heath, grass trees, and kangaroo paws; all bursting with life, when in season.
If the flowers are in hiding, we’ll instead head over to Hangover Bay, where you can dip your toes in the crystal-clear waters or spot the likes of bottlenose dolphins and sea lions.
With our lungs full of fresh sea air, it’s time to journey on to the Nambung National Park to witness the remarkable Pinnacles desert at sunset. Made up of shells, the Pinnacles date back millions of years to a time when the land was beneath the sea. Best explored at dusk when the crowds evaporate and the thousands of limestone pillars rise eerily out of the desert; watch the colours change over the rocks, creating a lunar-like atmosphere.
Enjoy a Picnic dinner accompanied by a glass of local product wine (all included), while we settle in for a spectacular light show of natural wonder, beneath the sky. As the darkness sets, it’s time to marvel at the other-worldly beauty of the stars and planets, swirling high above. Listen to the ancient stories of the Aboriginal Dreamtime and gaze light-years away.
On the way home to Perth, we will stop and take in the wonders of the night sky.

5Amazing experience.
Amazing tour. Our guide Erin was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic and made sure everyone was catered for. The tour wasn't too rushed and we had plenty of time to see and do everything along the way. Would definitely recommend this!
5Fantastic Pinnacles and stargazing tour
Fantastic varied experience-guide/driver Annelies was superb -worked like a Trojan to provide details/set up picnic and stargazing/excellent driver . Highly recommended
5An Awesome Experience
My wife and I had an Awesome tour of the pinnacles, our tour guide Annaleas was also amazing and very well versed in the culture of each area we passed through and stopped at on the way. This made for great memeries and experiance on the way to and at The Pinnacles
5Superstar
The mini bus we were traveling in had a max capacity of 28 passengers, the trip i was on was fully booked, which was no problem at all, especially when our guide was such a superstar, Annalise made the trip such a professional and pleasant experience. She was informative, well spoken, polite and mindful of all of the needs of her passengers. All stops made sense, very picturesque, and we were lucky enough to get a chance to look at 3 planets and the milkyway during our stargazing. Also beautifully explained/pointed out star constellations, provided by Annalise. Thank you
5Stargazing
This was a great tour. Erin our guide was lovely and knowledgeable. Our collection point was very convenient, thanks! The stops on the tour broke up the overall distance which was welcome. Plenty of free time at the Pinnacles to explore before a fantastic picnic dinner with wine or juice. Stargazing was great. Erin helped those of us technology challenged with our phone settings and explained about and where to find the constellations. Well worth the money.
5Top time at the Pinicles
Picked up on time by our friendly guide / driver Erin. Drive to the pinnacles is scenic with a few stops on the way. Plenty of time at each stop for a good look about an loo breaks if required. Erin gave some great info re the fauna following wild fires in the bush. The Pinicles are definitely worth a visit especially at sunset when it is very dramatic. We had loads of time to take plenty of photos and explore. We were even lucky enough to see a couple of Emus run through the Pinicles into the bush. Dinner was pleasant and plentiful with cold meats, cheese and salads. After food we enjoyed some star gazing with Erin sharing her knowledge of the stars and constellations. All round great trip. Thanks
Perth is the capital of Western Australia, a sunny Indian Ocean city on the Swan River with a large hilltop park, white beaches and the port of Fremantle.
Perth sits where the Swan River widens into a broad estuary on the Indian Ocean coast, and it is often described as one of the most remote large cities in the world, with Adelaide more than two thousand kilometres to the east. Kings Park, a large reserve of bushland and botanic garden on a hill, looks over the skyline and the water, and the Elizabeth Quay waterfront anchors the centre.
Top-ranked sights in Perth: Margaret River, Swan River, Rottnest Island.
