Hanoi Local Cooking Classes are offered every day in the morning and afternoon.  In our cooking classes, we offer a hands-on approach. You will be guided through all the steps by our local friendly English speaking guide with the end result of a typical Vietnamese menu. All recipes are prepared using ingredients that can be found in most well stock Asian grocery stores so you can easily replicate them in your own kitchen.

  1. 09:30/15:30 Our guide will pick you up at your hotel

  2. After 30 minutes purchasing ingredients and exploring local culture at the market, we will come back to our class kitchen and get ready for the cooking class. Our Chef, who has a strong passion with Vietnamese traditional food and rich cooking experience will introduce you the basic principles of each course and how to make Vietnamese food. You will have chances to learn and make your own Vietnamese dishes like (Vietnamese Salad, Fried Spring Roll, Cha Ca La Vong, Stir-fried vegetable)

  3. 12:30/18:30 When fishing the meal, you can get the chance to learn how to make a cup of the Vietnamese traditional green tea – a very special, tasty and delicate drink of the Hanoian.

  4. 13:00/ 19:00 At the end of Hanoi cooking class, our tour guide will drop you off at your hotel and say goodbye.

Les rues étroites du Vieux Quartier, dont chacune était autrefois consacrée à un seul métier, s'étendent juste au nord du lac Hoan Kiem, où le pont rouge de Huc mène au temple de la Montagne de Jade.
