1. Our most popular trips from Bariloche take us to Limay River, Manso river or Pichi Leufu river in the heart of the Nahuel Huapi National Park. These trips are an excellent way to experience Patagonia wilderness. The driving distance is about 45min. The usual itinerary is that we pick-up our guests from their hotel round 8.30am, our boats are launched followed by intense fishing until noon. Pending on location, the brake during the midday may vary, but if the bite is hot we of course fish as hard as the guest requires. A full lunch, beverages and some excellent Argentine Malbec wines is done on shady spot along the shore. Our trips vary from 8 to10 hours of fishing time, including transportation. However if the bite is on, we will fish longer at our guests request, without an extra charge. We can handle individuals up to groups of 8. Our team is serious fishermen, taking no greater pleasure then to maximize the fishing experience of our guests! The extraordinary fishing locations. Outfitters Patagonia is based in San Carlos de Bariloche which is located in the middle of the Nahuel Huapi National Park. We operate on perhaps one of the broadest selections of premier trout fisheries in the Patagonia Argentina! Wild rainbows, browns and brookies, all reside within the incredible river systems of National Parks and legendary rivers. We can customize your trip according to your special requests or needs like fishing and casting, transportation, meals & beverages, etc. Our trips includes: • Transportation from hotel to fishing sites • Boats when required • One bilingual guide per 2 anglers • Full lunch and beverages • All necessary fishing gear • Advance pre-trip information Doesn't include: • Fishing licenses • Gratuities After booking a trip we will send you a comprehensive information pack and a check list, to be sure you arrive with everything you will really need.

• 5Go fish the Limay!

  I highly recommend Outfitters Patagonia. The owner, Martin, is super quick to respond and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We fished 2 full days on the Limay River with Nahuel. Nahuel was an excellent guide and just really nice person. He got us on fish quickly and we caught a lot of fish through out the day. The Limay is a fish factory with perfect habitat for trout. In addition to catching lots of Rainbows and Browns, we were treated to an amazing lunch of ribeye steaks, Malbec wine, a charcuterie board, red table cloth and dessert! We’re very happy with Outfitters Patagonia and would not hesitate to book them again. Thanks Martin and Nahuel for two wonderful days on the Limay!

  We had the best day out! Juan was an incredible guide, and the fishing was amazing. Riverside lunch was a real treat, as well :) Cannot recommend highly enough - this was our favorite day in Patagonia!

• 5Fantastic fishing trip

  8 days’ fishing with Outfitters - 3 days Collon Cura camping + 2 days Limay for trout; 3 days Parana in Arroyo Seco (Santa Fe) for Golden Dorado. What a fantastic experience. The best guides who all knew the rivers so well. Quantity on the Collon Cura; quality on the Limay; crazy mad dorados on the Parana. Great fishing, perfect variety, stunning scenery, wonderful team - it could not have been better. Plus Annie is the best cook in Argentina.

About Bariloche

Bariloche is an alpine-style resort on Lake Nahuel Huapi in Argentine Patagonia, with ski slopes, chocolate shops and forests below the Andes.

San Carlos de Bariloche stands on the southern shore of Lake Nahuel Huapi, in a glacial valley with the Andes rising behind it. The civic centre, built of stone and dark timber in the 1930s, gives the town its alpine look, and the Museo de la Patagonia is housed inside it. Nahuel Huapi National Park, the oldest in Argentina, surrounds the town with lakes, beech forest and rocky peaks.
