Points forts
6 km far from the Sapa town is Lao Chai village of the black H’mong people. From a high point of the main street, you can admire the marvelous panoramic view of Muong Hoa valley and the village. You will go trekking through terrace fields and streams, enjoy fresh air and know more about the culture of the Black Hmong ethnic. Nearby Lao Chai village is Ta Van village. This village has approximately 1000 people with almost Hmong, Giay and Dao people. The small and narrow road leading to Ta Van is beautiful with terrace fields in both sides. You will be also amazed at the simple beauty of the stilt-houses in the village. If lucky, you can taste special dishes of Giay people such as: roast fish, horse meat, or sticky rice and join in folk games like Nao Cong, Roong Pooc, etc.

About Hanoï
Top-ranked sights in Hanoï: Ha Long Bay, Hanoi Old Quarter, Long Bien Bridge (Cau Long Bien).
