Roll up your sleeves for a hands-on experience! We'll allow for some time to get to know each other. You will have a chance to learn about the local culture and way of living, directly from a local. Sustainability and health are at the heart of what I do, and I care deeply about the details. I carefully source ingredients produced through sustainable, environmentally respectful practices that also protect our health and ensure dignified working conditions for the people behind them. The beef is grass-fed, the eggs come from free-range hens, the vegetables are seasonal, local, and organic, and the flour, oil, cheese, wine, and other staples are organic as well.

NEW LOCATION! Meeting point: Estomba & Mártires Palotinos. The class will take place at my home in the Belgrano R neighborhood. Belgrano R is a quiet, residential neighborhood in Buenos Aires. It's located in the northern part of the city, close to Palermo and well connected by train to downtown.
