- If you come by cruise ship it is very easy to get a taxi, ask to be taken to the Cozumel Palace hotel. We are in one of the exterior premises of the hotel, in front of the parking lot of the Chedraui supermarket.

About Cozumel
Cozumel is a flat, reef-ringed island off Mexico's Yucatán coast, famed for diving, Maya ruins and calm turquoise water on its sheltered west side.
Cozumel lies about twenty kilometres off the Yucatán coast, a short ferry ride from Playa del Carmen. The main town, San Miguel, faces the mainland with a waterfront promenade, a plaza and small museums, while most of the island is flat jungle and quiet coast. The western side, where the sea is calm, holds the beach clubs and snorkelling spots, and the wild windward east coast has rough surf and empty sand.
