1. This will be our meeting point: Modarom Buiding, close to town hall. Departure at 08:30 am from Brasov city center, bd.Eroilor 17, Modarom building as our meeting place, in front of Banca Transilvania.

2. We will visit Peles Castle and the gardens of the royal residence.Enjoy an architectural masterpiece, discover it's wonderful saloons and learn about it's history.

3. Discover Sinaia Monastery, completed between 1690 and 1695. The big church of the Monastery, symbolically represents the architectural styles of the three Romanian provinces of Wallachia, Transylvania and Moldavia, is a masterpiece of church architecture, orthodox frescoes and national symbols.

4. We will visit Bran Castle and the royal garden, discover it's legends and history.

5. Return to Brasov on a different route, about one hour drive, so you will enjoy the view of the Transylvanian Alps, the Bucegi Mountains.

  Everything ran very smoothly. Florin was a great guide of the sites and of the local area and of Romania. We recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see Bran and Pelez castles.

  Very friendly and educational tour guide and fun and beautiful visit to the castles. My daughter and I had this as our top attractions to see and it did not disappoin. Must see places while in Transylvania and would highly recommend booking this tour.

  It is a great way to get to see two of Brasov's castles and a beautiful calm monastery. The castles are so different. Our guide Florine was so well informed and adjusted the day to suit road and weather conditions. Brad Castle- of Dracula fame, is really intriguing with its winding staircases and spooky nooks and crannies. Peles Castle is wonderfully elegant with so many stunning wooden carved doors, walls, ceilings and figures. An excellent day out

About Brașov

Brașov is a medieval Transylvanian city ringed by the Carpathians, with a Gothic Black Church, a cobbled main square and day trips to Bran Castle.

Brașov lies in a basin of the Carpathian Mountains in central Romania, with the wooded Tâmpa hill rising above its old town. The city was built up by German settlers, the Transylvanian Saxons, and its centre is a tidy grid of baroque houses around Council Square, with the Old Council House in the middle. The Black Church, the largest Gothic church between Vienna and Istanbul, was blackened by a fire in 1689.
