Busho Chaya Samurai Soba Dining and Tea Experience

Experience a unique cultural journey that begins with an exclusive samurai-style welcome, featuring the powerful rhythms of a live taiko drum performance. Delight in a premium soba kaiseki meal, a carefully crafted multi-course dining experience that highlights high-quality buckwheat noodles. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a hands-on matcha session, preparing your own green tea using the historic Ashiya-gama iron kettle. To make the experience even more memorable, dress in traditional samurai or kimono attire and enjoy a special photoshoot. The experience is thoughtfully designed to accommodate vegetarians, vegans, and guests with major food allergies when arranged in advance. For added convenience, an optional private round-trip transfer from your Fukuoka City hotel is available—simply select the “Dining with Private Transfer” option when booking.
