1. Breakfast at Las Catrinas Restaurant To start your unforgettable journey, enjoy a wonderful breakfast at one of Xochimilco’s most vibrant and picturesque folklore restaurants: Las Catrinas. Immerse yourself in a warm, traditional atmosphere while savoring a wide variety of authentic Mexican dishes, such as freshly made chilaquiles, traditional gorditas, comforting birria, rich pozole, refreshing fresh fruit waters, and classic micheladas. To make your experience seamless and efficient, upon meeting your guide, you will be provided with the menu so you can select your breakfast on the way to the restaurant. This ensures that your delicious meal is freshly prepared and served hot right upon your arrival, allowing you to make the most of your time exploring the heart of Xochimilco. 2. Stroll through the aisles of Xochimilco's largest plant market and explore a wide variety of flowers, cacti, and plants grown directly by local producers. With your guide, discover vibrant pathways filled with color and a great selection of gardening supplies, pots, and hanging accessories. As you walk through this wonderful space, enjoy the natural scenery surrounding the beautiful Nativitas forest.

3. Private Trajinera Experience & Canals Enjoy an exclusive boat ride in a private trajinera just for you, accompanied by your guide as you explore the beautiful canals of Xochimilco. Experience the vibrant local atmosphere surrounded by traditional music, drinks, and delicious Mexican snacks. The tour takes you toward the axolotl sanctuary; if you wish, we can step off the boat so you can get a closer look at the axolotls and other native species of Xochimilco. Additionally, before or after your boat ride, you will have time to explore the artisan stalls to pick up a special souvenir to remember your trip. (Note: The trajinera boat rental is paid directly on-site at the pier upon arrival).
