Highlights
There are several sites around the Middle East that claim to be "Mount Horeb" or “Mount Sinai” but no location has as much amazing evidence to back up such claims as Jebal Maqla and it's suroundings in Saudi Arabia. We will take you to the heritage sites around Tabuk and the Red Sea, tell you what the local bedouins believe about these sites as well as the conclusions we've reached so far based on the ongoing research we and others have performed in the region.

About Tabouk
Tabuk is a city in north-west Saudi Arabia, in a region of desert and mountains, with an Ottoman fort, an old railway station museum and canyons nearby.
Tabuk lies in the north-west of Saudi Arabia, on a plain ringed by sandstone and granite mountains, a few hours' drive from the Jordanian border and the Red Sea coast. Tabuk Fort, a restored Ottoman-era stone fort, stands in the old centre. The town was a stop on the Hejaz Railway, built by the Ottomans in the early twentieth century from Damascus toward Medina, and the old station is preserved as a museum.
